Cancellations and Refunds

In the event that you are unable to attend and have already registered, a substitute may attend for the person registered. Please contact Kelly Rizzo at kelly.rizzo@3ds.com or call +1 248 267 9696 to notify us of the change. Adjustments for the new attendee will be made.

Cancellations must be notified in writing/e-mail. There will be a 10% processing fee for all cancellations. Refunds will be processed within 60 days of the conclusion of the conference.
