PRESENTER'S TOOL KIT
 High quality presentations are the core of DELMIA’s Customer Conference. We appreciate the time and effort our customers put into presenting at this event.
- All presentations must be submitted for review, via e-mail, CD or flash drive, by Friday, August 1. PowerPoint format is preferred, but PDF format is also acceptable.
- Presentations should not reference DELMIA’s competition - information and/or logos.
- All approved presentations submitted with a signed presentation release section, will be included on the conference web site immediately following the event. These presentations will be password protected and only available to conference attendees.
- Presenters/co-presenters are responsible for his or her own travel expenses. However, all presenters/co-presenters are provided with complimentary registration to the 2008 DELMIA Worldwide Customer Conference, North America. This allows you access to 2 days of conference presentations, sessions and workshops, welcome reception, evening social, all meals and conference handbook.
All presenters are required to fill out an AV requirement and presentation permission form. Please click on the button below to access this form.

AV Requiremnets
DELMIA will supply a laptop, wireless microphone and a projection unit. The laptop will be located behind the main stage. You will have a monitor angled up from the floor in front of you in order to view your presentation as it is occurring.
Presentation Submission
DELMIA requests that all presenters submit their presentation. A DELMIA representative will load and test your materials on designated conference hardware prior to the conference. This will allow us to have a back up presentation and laptop for you the day of your presentation, should the need arise.
A staging area will be set up on-site for you to run through your presentation before going live. As the conference draws closer, you will receive details of the times available and location.
