On-site registration and check-in hours:
Wednesday, October 15, 2008: 7:30am to 9:00am
Thursday, October 16, 2008: 8:00am to 9:30am


Registration confirmation


Your registration confirmation will be sent to you prior to the start of the event but only after payment has been received.


Cancellations and refunds


In the event that you are unable to attend and have already registered, you are free to name a substitute. Cancellations must be notified in writing before September 26, 2008, and faxed to +49 711 273 00 593. A cancellation fee of € 50 will be charged. No cancellations after September 26, 2008 will be accepted.


Terms of payment


Participation fees are payable promptly upon receipt of invoice. No cancellations after September 26, 2008, will be accepted.


Conference fee includes

  • unlimited access to all conference presentations and exhibition hall
  • coffee breaks, lunches and the evening social event on October 15, 2008
  • conference program and proceedings

Conference fee does not include

  • travel and hotel costs
