On-Site Registration/ Conference Check-in Hours


Avoid the rush!! On-site registration and conference check-in starts at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, October 2 at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn, during the Welcome Reception.

Onsite registration/ check-in is also available:

Wednesday, 10/3     7:30am to 5:00pm
Thursday, 10/4     7:30am to 12:00pm

Cancellations and Refunds


In the event that you are unable to attend and have already registered, a substitute may attend for the person registered.

Cancellations must be notified in writing. There will be a 10% processing fee for all cancellations. Refunds will be processed within 60 days of the conclusion of the conference.
