Registration fees

Registration confirmation


You will be sent your confirmation of registration in good time before the start of the event and only after payment of the invoice.


Cancellations and refunds


In the event that you are unable to attend and have already registered you are free to name a substitute.

Cancellations must be notified in writing before October 31, 2007, and faxed to +81 45 470-8283. A cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations after October 31 2007 will not be accepted.


Terms of payment


Payable promptly upon receipt of invoice. No cancellations after October 31, 2007, will be accepted.


Conference fee includes

  • unlimited access to all conference presentations and exhibition hall, coffee breaks, lunches and the evening gala party on November 7, 2007, conference program.
